Here are a few pictures of a project that we are currently working on. Its a Semi Detached home, with 3beds/1.5 baths.

Notice the windows and the radiators in the picture below, we will be replacing the radiators and installing duct work for a new forced air HVAC system. We will also be replacing all of the windows in the house.

Now here is the living room area. We will be adding recessed lighting as well as refinishing the floors here and throughout the house.

Here is a picture of the kitchen. It was in pretty bad shape. We removed the cabinets, sink and stove, before I had a chance to take pictures. We will be replacing that back door as well.

Here is a picture of the bathroom on the top level. The plan is to fully gut it out and rebuild it back up.
